The heat produced by the detox sauna wrap treatment can be compared to that of a zumba or hiit workout but all you have to do is lay down for less than an hour! Am I a Candidate for a Detox Sauna Wrap?
The wrap uses safe and effective radiant heat just like the suns soothing warmth. If you have any of the following conditions or have concerns you should consult with your physician before scheduling your treatment:

An attendant will show you how the infrared sauna wrap works. You’ll lay in the body wrap and make sure the edges are tightly sealed around your body.
We recommend not taking a shower for 30-60 minutes after your appointment to enjoy maximum results.
Your metabolism will be stimulated for 24 to 36 hours after using this treatment. This means that your body will be burning calories at a higher rate for the next few days after using one treatment.
What to expect during a treatment?
You may be able to notice the difference after just one session. For best results it’s best to repeat it 1-3 times a week. Upon reaching the intended body shape, a maintenance schedule of 4-6 treatments a month is recommended.
